Optum infusion scheduling and prior auth teams have dropped the ball with me two years in a row. They wait until your prior auth is less than a month away then call you expecting you to hurry up get an appointment with your primary care doctor so they can get the clinicals they need to submit. So now two years in a row I’ve had to be delayed on my medicine and having flare ups due to their lack of care and coordinating.
Horrible ! They won’t leave you a message. This is people’s medicine you are dealing with. Not happy with them at all.
