Excellent QUALITY patient care! This is an outstanding Medical Group under the guidance of the incredible Terry, the Manager. Dr Tawfik is impeccable with her patients, and all of The staff is outstanding!! Unfortunately, The only negative is NOT IN the Medical group, but rather Optum who continues to micromanage the time spent on patients. I know because I worked at Optum and was there at the medical group on a day to witness Optum wasting company time in sending employees to “time” the Physicians with the patients. I love Dr Tawfik but unfortunately that office is run horribly. No one answers calls, no one calls back, appointments are canceled after waiting weeks to get ahold of someone. But the worst part is Sara Gonzalez (NP?). We've gone to her twice and both times she was extremely rude. The last time she made my 11 year old cry and that's the last straw with me. Avoid this place.
This review is not about the Doctor or Enriquez NP. It is in regards to the office staff. This staff does NOT EVER answer the phones, no matter how many times you try to call. I left 5 messages, and never received a call back. What will it take to get through to them????? Shame on them. Get with the system and answer your phones, PLEASE!!!
Please do yourself a favor and look for another Primary Provider. I've been coming to this office for a long time and I'm about to make changes.First of all, it's difficult to get in touch with this office because they rarely respond. Secondly, they want the patient to take responsibility and get in touch with their health insurancefor anything they don't want tohandle. I have never meet my primary care physician only seePAs or NPs.
