I live Optum. From Dr Atiya to Dr Tawfik to all the NPs who work there. The staff is always kind and caring. I don’t have a single complaint. They have taken care of me and my family for years.
Very friendly and comforting. :)
They don't offer any accommodations only appointment available was a Friday or else book me out almost a month so I take the only appointment in time available ask for the day off to make this appointment for them to call me that the appointment was made incorrectly in that provider isn’t available that day it needs to be rescheduled this is the second time this has happened to me at this office how unprofessional
