Didn't need to see the doctor. Stitches weren't removed, per the doctor. Could have had a telehealth or just seen the test results. Very frustrating.
The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The doctor took his time with us. He asked and answered our questions and addressed our concerns. We were not rushed.
Adequate facility at the Northwell factory. Nothing personal.
