Impossible to get anybody on the phone, long waits when you finally get an appointment, aloof staff. This office was so much better 2 years ago when ACN Kulik was here. This is the problem with the consolidation of doctors by large, soulless corporations like Optum. Everything is about squeezing every dollar out of the business and its customers, to only benefit shareholders. Come here if you want the worst of both worlds from socialized medicine paired with American price gouging.
Horrible service. I understand if they are understaffed, but they constantly cancel appointments that you have been waiting weeks for, they don't fill out any forms for insurance, or when they do they get your name wrong on the form so the process has to start all over again. It's impossible to get in touch with front desk staff, or literally anyone. i called multiple times while their hours say they are open and it just says the office is closed. It’s unfortunate to be expressing my concerns over this Ridgewood facility. This office is understaffed and management has done a poor job in making sure patients receive stellar services. Riverside did a better job why did they change to Optum I will never understand. Since Optum has taken over patients cannot get a medical staff member on the line. They suck left me in the room for over an hour and when I asked why they said their where busy so why give appointments 1 hour on call for very rude tha afro American lady told me if i want it to come later before six o'clock so why give appointments they suck really bad
