First time there, great experience. Staff is wonderful and Mrs.Howsen is kind, patient, and caring. Couldn't ask for a better visit.
I had an annual visit with Liana Das. She saw me for about 15 minutes, she ordered the routine blood test, she asked about my medications for the past year, and when I told her that I need to get my HRT meds prescribed, she told me that I needed to see a gyn for that. She did not do any of the women’s health tests either. Then she charged me for both an annual and a sick visit. I've been to Optum twice in the last 3 or 4 months, complaining of heavy chest, can't take a full breath. The first doctor dismissed me completely, told me I didn't need any further testing when I asked for it, trying to stress that something is wrong. The second time I came in, right outside the door, I heard the nurse tell the next doctor my coughing was "manipulative".
