Dr Heron is an excellent Endocrinologist
I have been seeing Dr. Heron now for a few years. She is very knowledgeable and shows an interest. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. I still don’t enjoy answering to prompts when calling this office or any other office but the staff does get back to you and addresses all inquiries. I would highly recommend Dr. Heron.
Very bad experience with the Optum Endocrinologist at 2 Ohio drive Suite 201. Never return call. You could be dying, they just don't care about you. Prescribes the wrong dosage of medicine and leave you to die.
