I am extremely disappointed in this practice. My previous endocrinologist relocated and optum took over her practice. I had an 8am appointment. When I arrive I was told it was for 3., but receptionist still proceeded to check me in. Turns out I was not seeing the Doctor who my appointment was with but the nurse practitioner instead. Nurse practitioner goes over my blood and ultrasound results. Suggests I have my next ultrasound in 2 years when I always have had it yearly as I am a thyroid cancer survivor.
