Staff and providers are caring, kind, and knowledgeable. Love that most everything a person needs done is at one facility or very close by. Buildings are always clean, spotless. MyChart is so useful to do everything from appointments to test results. I highly recommend Optum to everyone from newborns to older adults.
I am new to Fishkill, NY, and consider myself very lucky to have Dr. Noor as my endocrinologist. She is knowledgeable, professional, and values my input, concerns and questions. She was also very responsive when I messaged her on the patient portal. I feel well taken care of by Dr. Noor.
Optum Medical is the worst. They have opted to no longer accept my insurance as of 1/1/26 and left me stranded. Even automatically cancelled future appointments that take months to get, even though I was will to pay out of network. The Doctors and Staff are wonderful, too bad they work for Optum. Do yourself a favor and go to Nuvance, they were happy to have me and have fantastic staff. Just for Clarity to the reader - my insurance did not change - Optum opted to no longer accept it.
Dr.Layla Noore is wonderful. She knows the disease of osteoporosis. Will continue to use her
