I am frustrated at times with Optum and some other Dr's and medical care I've had in the past were excellent at Optum but more recently except for my eye dr appt I just didn't feel comfortable talking to the Dr's I didn't hear much from them etc etc.
I waited six months for my appointment with Dr Robert Parks,only to be sent an hours drive home the day I arrived at my appointment! After being told three different times by his staff that they accepted my United Healthcare insurance, I drove over and hour, to be told that they made errors and won't accept my insurance! Don't waste your time like I did on Optum!
