Been going there for almost 20 years doctors are great , but the staff getting worse every year I talked to 3 different people to get doctor order they all got it wrong to a point I asked for supervisor that I hate doing that but they had to know people how work there w exception of one or two are as bad as they come at there job my wife had the same problem and we seen other at the office are complaining it’s to bad we are really happy w the doctors .
Came to Optum office with my wife on Jan 2nd 2024. It was her first time visit and the office scheduled her with Dr.hanna. She wanted to get checked by the doctor since it was her first time as she had some concerns. Dr Hanna told her that she does not have time to check her and she should come back after doing patient onboarding lab work. Doctor Hanna is a very caring and kind doctor. She is very genuine and warm, takes her time to listen to her patients ' concerns, and has the skills to explain complex medical concepts. Also, the office staff is very professional and kind.
Terrible patient experience team. Waited over an hour to speak to a physician without being notified that my appointment had been rescheduled to an arbitrary date and time.
I had posted a negative one star review last week, and I’m changing it. Yes my experience that day was negative but I’ve never had issues in all the years I’ve gone here, they’ve always been a great place to go. One experience shouldn’t change that and they also really made sure to follow up with me and take care of the issue, which was really appreciated.
