Went to this urgent care 2023, told by both blue cross and optum member service. After urgent care, the hospital kept on mailing me the bill saying not in network. Blue cross called many time to solve the issue, but 1 year later bill me the same thing again. Blue cross said it become out of network. Total scam, please stay away with optum if possible.

This place is a JOKE and boarder line criminal on hold for 2 hours trying to get ahold of my Dr. I went to urgent care they gave me a knee brace 3 times to big and put on backwards, I have been waitng 3 weeks to get a referral for a MRI. RUN FAST FROM THIS PLACE I MOVE TO A NEW CLINIC GOT MY MRI IN 2 DAYS.
