After visiting this office and seeing a PA, my husband was given completely false information causing more discomfort to his wellbeing. Will be making complaint to medical board regarding office medical incompetence.
Went to this urgent care 2023, told by both blue cross and optum member service. After urgent care, the hospital kept on mailing me the bill saying not in network. Blue cross called many time to solve the issue, but 1 year later bill me the same thing again. Blue cross said it become out of network. Total scam, please stay away with optum if possible.
Been on hold 2 Hr 30 Min. Still holding whats that tell you.
Awful service, life threatening mistakes, lack of quality, killed my grandmother.
