One star is too much. I just talked to the doctor on call who was a complete idiot, none sympathetic and should not be practicing medicine. I am so frustrated with OPTUM all they care about is MONEY and they are not in the practice of helping patients. The government should step in and investigate this company.
A nightmare to deal with. The Healthcare industry in the US is garbage, and it's even worse in NM.
