I have to give a special "thank you" to Dr. Erica Sneider and her staff. Her exceptional knowledge and professionalism is very welcomed and appreciated. Dr. Sneider was my second opinion and she evaluated my condition. I am so happy I made this choice. Her options did not mandate surgery which eased my mind considerably. Each time I come to her office, I never have to wait. This alone is amazing! She explains all the information to my satisfaction and is exact in her approach. I appreciate the care she has given me.
This hospital made me so mad. I visited this place because I was worried that my hemorrhoids got worse after pregnancy. I visited this place 2 years ago with Dr. Su, and he explained that my hemorrhoids looked not that bad, but I had a rubber band ligation choice if I wanted. I remember what he said, and I called this place to make an appointment. The receptionist told me there was no spot for Dr. Su or a women doctor. The only choice with a close date was with PA. Let me start by saying I am beyond grateful for the time and patience the lovely ladies in the front desk took to make sure I was even seen today. Their energy was beautiful and was able to help me with my referall when noone else was. That alone made me want to stay. Now for the PA christine kelly her whole energy was pure and comforting.
