Took my kids in for a wellness visit back in May. Be weary!!! surprise billing is conducted here. One lady at the Front Desk didn't know how to do her job while the other one did. Got checked in and saw the doctor for a wellness visit. Like a responsible parent I asked questions during the visit that were general concerns, however they claim that asking questions is not part of the wellness visit and charged for an in office visit unbeknownst to me. Couple of months pass and they billed my insurance for more than a wellness ... read more
Great urgent care. Staff is amazing. Doctors are nice. Everything is accurate. The building itself was clean. And i have a fear of needles, the shots don't hurt. That's a plus. Great place.
I went to Optum today to see my PCP, Dr. Voth. Monica, who is his MA, was the most positive and delightful, upbeat person I have dealt with in a long time. We need more encouraging people like her in this world!
Always polite, professional, and friendly. The medical care that I have received over the past 22 years has always been excellent.
