Always polite, professional, and friendly. The medical care that I have received over the past 22 years has always been excellent.
It's taking months now to get results for a simple blood test that I was told would only take a few days. These people don't know how to communicate and are unprofessional.
I've been to this location several times over the years since it was built. The staff has always been courteous and handled my concerns with care. I've had more than just routine work done here as well.
Went to Monument Colorado Optum Urgent Care for a possible fractured arm. Had blood pressure taken and it was high.. really really high. Then went to xray room to wait for xray. Some Doc named Joseph sits next to me and says, you have two choices. Drive yourself to the hosptial for your high blood pressure or we can call an ambulance. I ask if they would treat my arm. Nope. He refused to treat my arm. I came in to get treated for one thing. I know my blood pressure is out of wack. I needed my arm looked right then and there.... read more
