The worst experience ever. Can’t pick up the child’s form in another office. The form was faxed yesterday as confirmed by the nurse. Sitting for one hour . Multiple calls to Mount Kisco pediatric office and no one can help… Maybe it’s time to change the doctors office.
Horrendous patient service. Poor response time by phone and the portal does not work now that it has been taken over by Optum
I would give Optum a zero if I could. This is a horrible company. I have tried all day to reach my doctor’s office about vaccines…..waited on the phone and no one picked up. Finally, a voice says to leave something on voicemail. At last, after several hours, a human comes on. “Please leave a message with the nurse.”I leave the message. No return call. This is amazing I came in with a cold and they gave me meds to help reduce fever and gave some advice on what to do amazing doctors there very helpful including the front desk
