Office personnel is horrible. Called for paperwork to be signed for immunization records and was told to come in next day. Next day came and was told to leave paperwork and that the doctor would get to it . They are now closed and no one called us to pick it up. Can't call office directly-all calls go through a call center.I conveyed measage that my son cannot register for college classes until a doctor signs the paperwork from school validating his immunization vaccinations. The worst experience ever. Can’t pick up the child’s form in another office. The form was faxed yesterday as confirmed by the nurse. Sitting for one hour . Multiple calls to Mount Kisco pediatric office and no one can help… Maybe it’s time to change the doctors office.
Horrendous patient service. Poor response time by phone and the portal does not work now that it has been taken over by Optum
