Unfortunately it seems like it's impossible to speak to an actual person at the office regarding a prescription that's required in order to complete the heart CT scan. I have no idea why the test was even ordered by the doctor when I can't get the CT scan without the prescription. This test is extremely important and I have to now cancel it. Very disappointed.
I do not want to get feedback about anything until I get my medicine. It’s been over two weeks. That’s ridiculous.
I've been with doctor Nader Moaven for over 20 years , id have to say he Literally saved my life...4 SURE!!!
Optum, itself, is criticizable, but the doctors and support staff are excellent.
