I have had a good experience with their practice and their office staff. I'm writing this review to acknowledge the empathy, diligence and overall great experience that I have had with Dr. Kayla Epple. I would highly recommend her. She listened to my concerns and tried to ensure that everything was handled in a timely manner. I can't thank her enough for her kindness. If you work with Dr. Epple, you will be in great hands.
I usually like the other doctor never had a problem with them. However, I had an appointment with Dr. Qaqa for the first time and he is very dismissive and condescending. I felt uncomfortable with the way he was talking to me. Spoke to me as if I was incompetent, extremely dissatisfied with my appointment.
