Dr Rugova is excellent, I hadn’t seen him in a couple years because I was battling stage 4 cancer. He had all my information right up to date
Dr was excellent however OPTUM charged me for a bill from over a year ago. I strongly do not think I owed this, but had no proof. Doctors are leaving, cannot reach by phone, less medical equipment and must travel to use equipment previously located closer, had To go to Brewster (live in ulster) to see a doctor. Bad organization since optim took over. I will remain with the few doctors I’ve been seen, but no new doctors from optim. Do not use optim
The doctors the nurses and reception all wonderful and caring people however their billing system is screwing me royally and cheating me royally as they are charging me at copay for a cardiac nurse who is not providing cardiac services to me so why do I pay a specialty copay no one seems to care about this I've tried for over a year to rectify this issue but to no avail
I have been a patient at Optum Medical for a number of years and have always had a good experience. Wait times have been very short and I have always been treated with respect and courtesy.
Felt a personal relationship and level of care that gives me comfort.
