OPTUM SCREWED ME ON MY INSURANCE. THEIR WEBSITE SAID ALL MVP WAS ACCEPTED ON 11/28/25 WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR NEW INSURANCE THROUGH NYS OF HEALTH. THEY EVEN VERIFIED IT WAS GOOD BEFORE 1/1/26 WHEN I WENT IN PERSON TO CHECK THE NEW CARD. ONLY AFTER I DID 2 DR. VISITS WAS I NOTIFIED THAT MVP "PREMIER" WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE, TOTALLY BAIT AND SWITCHING ME AND POTENTIALLY LOSING ALL OF MY DOCTORS.
