This has been one of the worst medical office experiences I’ve ever had. The wait times are ridiculous, and after my appointment I’ve been waiting nearly a month with no call back. I’ve sent multiple messages through my chart that have been completely ignored. There is zero communication or follow-up, which shows a complete lack of care for patients. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this office
