What a disappointment to learn that all Cigna insurances are being dropped. Patients should have been informed that it wasn't just the Medicare Advantage plan. Would've been good to have ample time to schedule with other practices instead of scrambling.
Optimum, cardiac electrophysiology. Is staffed by very competent, professional and helpful people. These professionals go out of the way to make your visit comfortable, thorough and as pleasant as possible. Both the administrative and the medical staff members always work hard to make sure the patient's needs are met and the results of testing are fully explained after each visit.
Optimum has a good set of doctors but Optus is only interested in the money not your health.
