I was an excellent experience. I was given a same-day appointment, and Dr. Snow spent a lot it time both listening to me and explaining the intricacies of my medical situation. I was most impressed by his caring attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
What a disappointment to learn that all Cigna insurances are being dropped. Patients should have been informed that it wasn't just the Medicare Advantage plan. Would've been good to have ample time to schedule with other practices instead of scrambling. Update: A surgical coordinator (I think that was her role) assumed I was enrolled in a Medicare Cigna plan which I was not. I was enrolled in a Cigna Open Access Plan and was not on Medicare at all. I took my care elsewhere rather than deal with the incompetence.
Dr. Kirzner and his team are truly Heaven sent. If I could give 2 million stars I would. Every question was answered, every message was responded to immediately. Dr. Kirzner has the most wonderful bedside manner and truly cares for his patients. I had a loop recorder implanted 2 days ago and while the numbing was uncomfortable, he calmly took me step by step so I knew what was happening and what was about to happen. Im so thankful to have been referred to his office.
