Worst job I’ve ever had.
I had a horrible experience related to the Claims Recovery Team where I received a letter in the mail saying that if they did not hear from me in 20 days, the will deny my claims. They said to call a representative Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 7:00PM CST, and in that window there was no representative available when I called. So I went to their website where the letter mentioned I could go online anytime to answer their questions, and when I submitted the form I was greeted with a server side error and have no idea if they rece... read more
