Very unprofessional company. After having a appointment scheduled for more that 3 weeks I get a call this morning (9am) to tell me that the provider has earlier appointments on the morning of the date I had a appointment scheduled. I declined the earlier appointments and stated I wish to keep my current appointment. The caller stated ok we will see you at your scheduled time. On 12/30/2025- Nurse Practitioner, Jamie, from the Northeast Indiana area, finished up my mother's annual 1 on 1 in-home visit. This is the second one of these visits my mother has had since joining United Healthcare. The first time was confusing due to, my mother and I, not fully understanding all the varying rolls from insurance agents, client coordinators (with insurance companies), and client coordinators (with medical groups).
