Every time I call they don’t pickup (I called different days, different hours - all within business hours!). They need more receptionists if thats the problem. In my three years going there, Ive had 2 phone calls picked up. All the other times I had to walk in to book an appointment I got two pairs of glasses from there, the eye doctor was fantastic, but again the reception didn’t call when they received the glasses (it was on their shelf for over a month and a half). Très déçue du service à la clientèle et la gestion des urgences. Je comprends le manque de rendez-vous disponible pendant les fêtes, mais aucune possibilité de parler à quelqu’un afin de voir la pertinence d’un rendez-vous urgent ou non et avoir des recommandations d’ici le rendez-vous proposé.
Great customer service. My appointment with the Dr was great as well
