Super nice and wonderful service
After making the post noted below, I received a reply from Jaimie at Optomeyes asking that I call her, as these kind of issues are not their practice. After speaking with Jaimie and her reviewing my mom's file, they are redoing the lenses and will courier them to my Mom to have put in, as she no longer resides in Powell River. It's saddens me that my mother no longer lives there so is unable to patronize this great company! Kudos to you for making it right!
