Takes 2,3,4 months to get an appt. I was first sent to a neurologist who hasn’t done anything after three or four visits no tests nothing. They are habitual at calling you leaving a message. They don’t tell you a department that they’re in what they’re calling about or anything else and when you try to call back, you can’t get through the auto attendant. Very frustrating. I really like the opthalmologist I see in Fremont. However, it's constantly a month or even 2 months out to see her for an issue is extremely frustrating. I can understand the delay for exams but not when you have a problem.
They are incredibly slow and a waste of time
