Extremely rude staff. Made an appointment, waited a month for them to call me the day before to tell me I do not have insurance. I do in fact have insurance and verified it and the woman was rude and hung up. Don't waste your time. Seeing a much more professional office thank goodness. Update: read other reviews from the same time frame. Many people were experiencing the same issue. The practices response to me was not accurate. It was not a matter of accepting my insurance. I had my own first appointment here a few months ago and everyone was friendly and helpful. Last week I needed to find a new place to bring my 5 year old to order a new pair of glasses. My daughter has had glasses since she was 2 and it can be very tricky to figure out which style and size will work best for someone so little and quickly growing.
