Very good reception, and the doctor explained to me the problem with my vision and the cause of myopia. Before I didn't even know what it was due to. The staff in general is very professional.
The doctor was great, the staff was nice. Unfortunately Masshealth doesn't cover the anti-glare coating on glasses, and the staff didn't even ask if I wanted to pay for it. As a result I had to send my glasses off to get the coating applied after the fact, which is not as good. I would recommend to the staff to always ask if people want to pay for the coating. IMO it is a real safety hazard to be driving at night without an anti-glare coating.
New patient booking was 2 months out, their voice mail service is unintelligible (garbled), website doesn't work. Not sure how they plan to remain in business long term.
I missed two appointment I called back today to reschedule and was told that I no longer can come there and need to find a new place to go to. I’ve been going there since I was a child and have never been told something like this and have had someone speak so rudely
I absolutely love Eyecare Eyewear in Taunton! My family and I have been trusting our eyesight to this team for almost 20 years - thank you for taking such great care of us!
