I’ve been told by some in the service industry that I can be ‘particular’. It’s true. And it was true recently when I was shopping for a replacement pair of prescription glasses in the dispensary of Optometrists on Colborne. I can’t say enough about the exemplary customer service I received from Carol who went above and beyond in her effort to help me. And thank you as well to Char. I’m very happy with my new glasses!
I am so pleased to return here….i was away for a number of years. I was very pleased with the optometrist but CN not say enough wonderful things about the technician that helped me select and fit my new glasses. Saba was, is, wonderful. Thank you all so much.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the environment was both clean and comfortable, making me feel at ease. Takes forever to get a pair of glasses been waiting for 3 weeks now last pair only took 11 days .called. Them told takes at least 2 weeks cause i have bifocals .not impreseed
