Excellent experience every time. Have been with Doctor Lawrence for many many years for my son. He is always very patient and provides explanations on everything he does. His front office staff is also very helpful.
I was here two weeks ago, paid $ 267 for the examination, but I never received an answer about my problem. The doctor said that I would be contacted by mail. Two weeks of silence what did I pay for? To hear what you knew?
Dr. Lawrence is amazing. My son has autism; he is always anxious with new environments and people. Our biggest challenge is when he needs to visit the doctor, but Dr. Lawrence patiently tends to him and makes him comfortable.
I feel they go above and beyond. I think they do additional screenings or tests compared to the average optometrist office. Clean modern building.
Accompanied a patient with sever anxiety on ODSP, Optometrists on Colborne were excellent with them.
