Great eye care! Been going here for over 25 years. Up-to-date equipment and computers. Very nice, knowledgeable and experienced staff and doctors! I trust Dr. D. Lawrence with my special eye care.
I’ve been going here for years. Dr. Istifan and Dr. Tewari are great. Both very detailed and will answer any questions that you have while creating a comfortable experience. However it’s gone downhill in terms of organization and professionalism with the front desk/tech staff on the ground floor. Empty desks at the reception area upon arrival, bringing me to rooms when they are not ready yet, not having clear direction if appointments are done, and making rude comments within ear shot. Really liked this place not anymore .was sent here by Ivey eye was supposed to be every six months .then a year not almost 17 .called to see if I could get in on a cancellation since April nothing ridiculous.mybreg appt is Jan 15 now they want 208$ for appointment with .so disappointed in this place
Doctors and staff are amazing. Customer service and care is top-notch. Their expertise and understanding of vision improvement aids is unmatched in my opinion, I have visited many ophtamologists and Optometrists on Colborne are by far the best
