Overall, the center is excellent in terms of cleanliness and the availability of modern equipment. The staff on the first floor are exceptionally courteous, professional, and helpful — their attitude truly enhances the customer experience. However, I believe the behavior of the ground floor staff needs serious improvement. Excellent experience every time. Have been with Doctor Lawrence for many many years for my son. He is always very patient and provides explanations on everything he does. His front office staff is also very helpful.
I was here two weeks ago, paid $ 267 for the examination, but I never received an answer about my problem. The doctor said that I would be contacted by mail. Two weeks of silence what did I pay for? To hear what you knew?
