After a really stressful experience breaking my glasses and being turned away from my original optometrist, I came to Lake & Valley Optical Huntlee and they completely turned things around for me. Highly recommend, they took mum in first thing for an emergency, and did a fantastic job to help her. Thank you to all the staff and especially to the wonderful optometrist who treated her.
I had a wonderful experience here. From the welcoming receptionist to the incredibly friendly optometrist, the customer service was top-notch. The optometrist provided all the information I needed for my safety glasses and took the time to address every question and concern with high professionalism. I will definitely be back!
