Highly recommend, they took mum in first thing for an emergency, and did a fantastic job to help her. Thank you to all the staff and especially to the wonderful optometrist who treated her.
I had a wonderful experience here. From the welcoming receptionist to the incredibly friendly optometrist, the customer service was top-notch. The optometrist provided all the information I needed for my safety glasses and took the time to address every question and concern with high professionalism. I will definitely be back!
I was assisted by both Emma and Tania today throughout my appointment and frames picking journey. Both were very friendly, genuine, patient and honest. Tania took the time to explore different options with me, providing helpful insight and feedback. I’m excited to pick up my new glasses and sunnies when they’re ready.
Saved my day fixing the glasses straight away
My 6yo son was struggling to read a book at school one day so I rang to book an appointment and was able to get in that afternoon. We were warmly welcomed and everyone was so lovely. Lina was so kind and patient with my son and explained everything so well. Glasses were needed and we were able to try on many frames until my son found the ones he liked best abd they were ready for pick up a few days later which was a great surprise! So glad we have a great local optometrist close by! Thank you team.
