I took my mom in for her yearly eye checkup, and we had a fantastic experience. First of all, the atmosphere is awesome—warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly. Angie helped my mom with the pre-testing, and she was so kind and patient. WORST vision works - do not go here unless u have no choice. They dont pick up their phones ever. The lady on the phone set up our contact lens fitting appointment, when we got there, they didn't even put the appointment in their book. So they couldn't take us and didn't even try to squeeze us in. Even tho its their fault. We came back again the following week for new appointment, AGAIN we had to wait 30+ minutes for contact lens person because she wasn't there yet. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, Horrible wait. I had a disappointing experience due to the lack of customer service. The staff was more focused on personal conversations with each other rather than assisting customers. It felt unprofessional and made the service feel unwelcoming. I hope management addresses this to improve the overall experience for future customers.
