The worst experience at this office with this doctor. Talk about racism through health care. He was unclear about the insurance coverage and became irrational. I tried asking questions about what he meant and he continued being condescending towards me. He asked me to leave his office because "I didn't like having professional exams."
He didn't act like a doctor no bed side maker he acted like he didn't want us there .we were hinted that he was no good. We should have listened iam still not happy with the glasses. They are wrong so I put my old ones back on
Dr. Packard was so nice and made me feel at home. He answered all my questions I had and also gave me a pair of contacts to try out. Thank you for taking care of me.
The Doctor spent time examining my eyes and explaining to me what he was viewing while building a friendly professional relationship. Unlike other offices, you see many rude staff members, have a quick examination, and they take you straight to the glasses to make a purchase. You feel very welcomed and respected with Dr. Packard.
