Receptionist very friendly. My appointment was at 1 pm, I was taken back to exam room at 12:50. Dr was very efficient and friendly. Explained everything he was doing and why. Next step was choose glasses. Everything, cost and when they would be ready for pickup, was explained. Very welcoming atmosphere .
