My first enjoyable experience having an eye exam. The staff were friendly, helpful and most of all honest.
Showed up 30 minutes early, doc was still somehow 20+ minutes late to the exam room. The assistant or nurse that helped originally and the front desk lady were quite nice actually, but the doctor treated me like a moron and told me to eat vegetables. Nice enough personality though, if you don’t mind over the top fake happiness at 9AM. Even worse is their business model. Selling $15 frames for $300+. The lady pushing them was super nice until I politely informed them I would just take the prescription and get the glasses else... read more
