Malheureusement je suis très insatisfaite. J'ai fait mon examen de la vue a cet endroit et j'y ai acheter mes lunettes. Malheureusement, ils n'ont pas été en mesure de faire une lunette qui me convient. Je vois embrouillé et la réponse a été : On ne peut rien faire !! J'ai payé plus de 1300$ pour une paire de lunettes qui ne me convient pas. Je ne conseil cet endroit a personne !!!
Poor service. Long wait times. My eyes have been stable for years, no change needed in the power of my lenses for years! (10 years and counting). I NEED to buy more lenses but they refuse to extend my prescription, they won't make an acception, id be forced to wait months for an eye exam that will be the same result as always with the same lenses. I'm on my last pair of lenses and need the prescription to update my glasses as soon as possible. I've been let down... and I probably won't be the last. Will be finding another cl... read more
