Awful service! They didn’t follow through on what they said they would do when I made the appointment. So I missed a day of work for an appointment that got me nowhere. I’d give negative stars if I could for the absolute disservice.
I had a very disappointing experience with Optometric Center of Encino. I paid to have my eyeglass lenses changed, but the lenses I received were not what I had requested. When I brought the issue to their attention, I expected them to either remake the lenses correctly or refund my money. Instead, they removed the incorrect lenses, put my original lenses back into my frames, and refused to refund what I had paid for the lens replacement. Excellent service and a very professional team. I especially want to thank Jason Weiser for repairing my glasses free of charge and giving me honest, helpful advice when choosing new glasses. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended!
Amazing service, friendly people and the Dr's are too notch, friendly and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend.
