My husband had been struggling with a prescription from another optometrist who had insisted the prescription was correct. Kusal did a comprehensive eye test and changed the prescription. He explained everything he was doing throughout the consultation. Andy helped my husband choose great new frames. A week later he collected the new glasses and is thrilled.
