About 4 months ago I went in and ordered some sun glasses, they told me they would be in in three days, i called four days later and they told me they were not in, that they would call me when they came in. I waited two weeks and nobody called me, so I went in myself, when I got to the front desk they couldn't find my file, after 30 minutes they found out they had misspelled my last name.
