This was my second time coming back to this eye clinic, and once again the service was amazing. I lost my first pair of glasses, so I came in for a new set. The girl helping me was super kind and patient. She told me it would take about two weeks, but when I explained I couldn’t wait that long, she checked in the back and was able to get me the pair ready the same day. I really appreciate the extra effort. Highly recommend this place!

I am entirely shocked to learn how much they charge for their lenses. I paid $399(price is not including eyeglasses frames) for a pair of single-vision, clear lenses, no additions whatsoever, like an anti-blue ray. They charged me $199.50 for each of the lenses: a total of $399 just for two lenses, single-vision with prescriptions: SPHERE:OD: -0.75/ OS: -1 CYL: OD: -0.50. This is insane pricing. Services and warranty suck. I’ve dropped off my prescription glasses cause frame broke since July and still haven’t got them back yet. Every time I called the warranty department, she keeps telling 4-6 weeks they would call me when it comes in. It’s now mid October I still haven’t got my glasses back yet. And I called them a week ago, I was told they should have them by end of this week. But of course not and no call backs to at least let me know where are my glasses.
