I told her the prescription on the contact lenses trial was not correct and she said "it's just a trial." She called me back the following week and told me "we have the trail for you" and when I asked about the prescription she said "you will know when you pick them up" Update: The manager Joanne called me back and understood my situation and offered me heartwarming words.
