Had an appointment and it took place on time. Tests were quick and efficient and had excellent service from the optometrist Diana. Was very pleased with the service, second time in 2 years

A mixed review here. I’m a patient at this clinic. My past experiences, both with reception and the optometrist were good. For my recent appointment they decided to schedule it at their other clinic almost 20 k away. Not sure why they felt that after calling the Laval clinic and being a patient at the Laval clinic that they felt that my appointment should be at the Pointe-Claire clinic (who were fantastic). I’m going to consider whether I should return here or go to the Pointe-Claire in the future.

I was very pleased with the professional, courteous, and efficient staff. Dr. Giancola was patient and thorough, making the exam a pleasant experience instead of the headache I've experienced at other offices over the years. I have already recommended to friends and family to book their exams here.

I along with my wife and children have been dedicated to coming here for several years now and we love it. All the Doctors are great and you get quality and honest service. We are very glad they are in our neighborhood.
