Bad experience. Felt like I was invisible to the receptionist on 1st visit, not a hello or why are you here and served the person behind me! Eye test went great, picking glasses great, but when picked up glasses they are not straight . Tech tried several times to fix them without success, then gave up! She put them in the bag and said good bye! I called and left a message asking to have the situation rectified but no one called me back to fix the problem. Worst experience for glasses ever! Dont waste your money!
Always a geat experience here! Everything gets done with attention to detail, yet still goes fast and on time. Couldn't ask for a friendlier staff and doctors. I had Owen (Student Dr) who you would think has been doing this his whole life. Very professional.
I when there today to get glasses I had very good service from Alissa, she was very professional and was a great help. My only bad review is the receptionist Estelle no smile, no hello me and my husband was standing at the desk and she didnt even knowledge us till my husband had to say hello so are you ordering my stuff, her reply was its up to you. There is more stuff but won't say it all. Except that the rest of service was super great.
