The optimiser program is great for gaining and maintaining the best functionality of the spine. I go every two weeks to Optistart and Dr.Adam always helps to keep me functioning at my best with his treatment. 10/10, highly recommend!

Highly recommend Dr Adam and the team! You always feel welcomed and no question is too silly. Adam has always looked after not only us but our young children and genuinely has their best interest at heart.
Dr Adam was amazing. Really professional and no BS. Funny, kind, caring, empathetic, all the good stuff. Poor man was on his own when I went there on a Friday afternoon but he managed both my appointment and all the admin stuff and it never felt rushed.
