I had multiple appointments with Lucy @ Optisports physio. Her knowledge is incredible, and her overall approach to getting me fit and healthy again has been great! Would highly recommend
I have been seeing Lucy at Optisports Barangaroo for a few months now, looking to strengthen my knee, (as opposed to having surgery/replacement). I’m a 58-year-old woman, not overly fit, nor strong, and I've been struggling with a bad knee for two years. Finding the right physio changed everything for me. I was very lucky to gain entry to the 2025 Sydney Marathon. I was nervous leading up to the race for many reasons; but the main one was due to some discomfort in my Achilles tendon. Out of an abundance of caution, I booked an appointment with Optisports Physiotherapy Barangaroo to get my Achilles professionally looked at-- as I wanted to determine whether I could run the Sydney Marathon in my current condition.
