I significantly injured my ankle playing football (grade 2 sprain), and after not making much progress in rehab with another physio, I went to Jemma who sorted everything out. My ankle went from near zero mobility, and step by step Jemma worked with me on flexibility and strengthening. Now, it’s my strong ankle. Jemma’s knowledgeable, kind and a great person to work with - 100% recommend.
Great location and really nice clinic in Barangaroo. If you want to take your recovery seriously, Jemma is the one to see. I saw Jemma for a back injury I sustained while on my bike and couldn't recommend her enough - top quality insight, attention to detail & authentic personality makes the recovery process as pain free and stressless as possible.

Very impressed! I saw Lucy about lower back pain that I’d had for 4 days and didn’t seem to be going away. She massaged the area and showed me some exercises. The next day I was completeness pain free and no stiffness anymore. I also received an email after with links to short videos/instructions for each exercise, which was very helpful and not something I’ve gotten from other physio clinics before.
