Because of chronic pain and recommendations i booked in for a slot with Dr. Peter Scougall. I awaited months for the appointment. Took leave from work and unfortunately got stuck in traffic as a result i was late by 3 mins. To be respectful so they could make use of time, I called in to let know beforehand with the option of seeing another patient if needed be in my slot. Got told I have to be on the DOT at 11.A.M. and not 1 second late. Got turned back home so all the months of wait and personal leave from work went in vain... read more
