Exact same thing happen to me as John K. I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame for $7000.00, then the exact same excuses given why my purchased matress and frame have not arrived. I too went to the store last week to find it was locked and completely empty. What a thief!
Ordered a mattress in Feb 2025 and it was never delivered. Owner called a couple times over the weeks informing: 1. A dock strike caused delay. 2. A wool shortage caused delay. 3. Bronchitis 4. FedEx shipping issue. Now there is no answer from the business phone number. I went to the store in person but it is locked and completely empty inside. Appears this place no longer exists and did not fulfill pending orders.
Geoff ( the owner) and his team got us a great deal on a mattress & high quality. He educated us on what to look for in a matress, addressed & assessed how we sleep & what we were looking for in a matress and got it tied up and loaded on our car to take home same day & super quick! Would definitely buy, as well as recommend this matress store to anyone in the market for one. Great customer service!
