Like others have said, they don't give you your prescription, even though the optometrist said it changed. Because of them, I used an old prescription for a year! I don't appreciate shady business practices. Optique town was good when it was at the old location near concordia. Any reviews before late 2022 refers to the old location and management
This place has deplorable service and I truly felt abused as a client. Even on the phone, some (not all) of the receptionists speak to you with disdain, I believe that they judge you based off of your name and appearance, and I felt racial discrimination there as well. I was spoken to with complete disregard, they refused to give me my prescription which I learned after the fact is illegal but practiced by some optometrist offices to try to get you to only buy glasses/contacts from them, accused of skipping appointments when... read more
