This was my first visit and was very impressed with the service I received. Dr. Culp was very thorough with my eye exam and explained all my options for glasses. The optician was amazing and took the time to help me pick out the perfect glasses for my face shape. I will definitely be back!
Every one was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Culp was great. Did a thorough exam and explained everything very well. We will be for sure be returning for future eye exams.
I would NOT recommend this place! Dr Culp I would say is amazing. Certain office workers though and whoever handles the billing are horrible! They bill 40$ for eye exam one year than the next year turn around and bill $209 For the same type eye exam. This is not the first issue we have had regarding their pricing. Go somewhere else to save yourself the hassle. But if you don’t care how you’re treated or how much you pay feel free to go there because Dr. Culp is a great eye doctor!
