Not happy at all. As a matter of fact I'm very upset. I had my eye glasses done there and I was having a problem with them right away. I have been having headaches and eye strain. I got an appointment with Dr Boulay today and he said the left lens was completely off . He wrote me a new prescription and I called optique boutique told them what happened and they said it's over a year so they won't do anything about it. So now I have to pay $350 out of pocket. The glasses selection is fantastic, but I didn't find the staff pleasant to work with. In fact, I had such a negative experience that I don't want to return there.
I’m visiting St. John’s and I forgot my contacts at home. So I called Optique Boutique to see if there was any chance they had any to help me out for my 10 day trip. Alice answered, took my number and by my surprise 20 minutes later called me back and said “I’ll have some here by 3”. The best customer service and a complete trip saver!!
