I was visiting on a short visit to Sydney for work and my spectacles came part for no good reason. I walked in at their lunch time and was attended to by 2 super staff who were kind, helpful and glued my frame back temporarily since I didn't have time to send it to their workshop for a proper fix. They won my heart and if I was living in Sydney I would definitely become their regular customer!
Amazing optometrist with incredible staff. I forgot my contact lenses on a business trip and had to get their help for replacement lenses. They delivered in such a lovely and supportive manner, I had to call it out here: if you need their services - you’ll be in great hands.

I went to Optique on Monday. I had an issue with my peripheral vision. I met Anne who then gave me a comprehensive eye test and several other tests. Most importantly though, was the communication and explanation before and after every step of the process. By Friday, I had my new glasses, vision restored. I also received a complimentary glasses cloth and a refillable glasses and screen spray. Great service, great knowledge, great people. Highly recommended.
