Outstanding service! I had developed a very painful eye condition and saw Anne who quickly diagnosed the issue and started treatment right away. I went back over several weeks until the issue was resolved and throughout I was very impressed by her care, expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I went in to get my glasses repaired after they broke from a fall, even though I hadn’t purchased them from this store. Nicholas helped me and I was genuinely blown away by his service. He went above and beyond, and it’s clear he truly enjoys and takes pride in his work. I had to leave this review because the customer service was outstanding.
I'm consistently blown away by the quality of service and friendly staff at Optique. Nick is an absolute legend, always willing to go the extra mile. No better optom in Sydney!
