I went in to get my glasses repaired after they broke from a fall, even though I hadn’t purchased them from this store. Nicholas helped me and I was genuinely blown away by his service. He went above and beyond, and it’s clear he truly enjoys and takes pride in his work. I had to leave this review because the customer service was outstanding.
I'm consistently blown away by the quality of service and friendly staff at Optique. Nick is an absolute legend, always willing to go the extra mile. No better optom in Sydney!
Very professional and very quick! Made a visit cause everything went blurry on and off all of a sudden. Turns out I just needed a pair of work glasses for my eyes to feel less stressed. The new pair came after less than a week! Everyone is so sweet and I am so satisfied with the full process. Thank you and see you again!
