better customer service – I couldn't say they deliver good customer service. If there was a mistake, at least acknowledge the mistake and apologize for the inconvenience. The way sales associate (Marissa) talk and handle the situation wasn't professional nor appropriate.
Can't believe they called me! – I went in this past summer (June/July) to replace my favorite pair of sunglasses that got stolen from my car and they were discontinued by the manufacturer. I was still sour from the theft so I didn't get anything. I randomly just received a call from the store this past week telling me a brand new pair of shades came in that reminded the front desk girl of what I was trying to replace. disappointed by this years service!! – This is my second time visiting Dr Sonsino. That being said, I DID come back. I did because the selection was good, the Dr was whatever (really, how hard is it to say "does this one look better or this one..??"), and the sales associate (don't know her name, little with dark hair and a tattoo) i had was patient, smart, and really helpful with style. Great service, great selection, very friendly people!I – I recently purchased a pair of glasses from Optique and couldn't be happier. Dr. Sonsino and her staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The selection was great - lots of variety. It was very difficult to choose! My frame stylist, Marissa, was great. I've been back for one adjustment and Dr. Sonsino was very kind and quick to help me. I HIGHLY recommend Optique!
