UPDATE: Have since taken in my 3 year old and today, myself, and Dr Lam was excellent. Pays so much attention and does thorough examinations, I learn so much! Dr Lam was so great with my 7 month old. Thank you so much. Definitely bringing the whole family in !
He takes the time to do a thorough examination and explains everything in detail. You can genuinely tell he cares about providing the best possible advice and treatment, rather than rushing through the appointment. We’re so glad we made the trip to South Morang.
I visited Dr. Steven Lam regarding an eye irritation issue today following surgery I had overseas, and I was very impressed with the care I received. He was kind, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of the problem as well as the solution and care to the cause. The clinic is also conveniently located, and the calm, peaceful atmosphere made the entire experience even more comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Steven to anyone seeking professional and compassionate eye care.
Steven was awesome. He got a tiny piece of clear plastic out of my eye which gave me so much relief! 10/10 service.
We came to this clinic for an eye checkup for my baby, Dr. Steven is so patient with my little girl, he is very thorough, answered all our doubts and send us an email about all the findings. I like that it all seemed very organised, knowledgeable. Felt confident about the doctor in general. We had to travel quite a bit to see him, but worth it !!
